Pyle Pure Clean PUCRC15 Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner Review

The Pyle Pure Clean PUCRC15 is a smart home cleaner. It is easy to use and requires very little human input. It cleans almost all kinds of floors like tiles, laminate, hardwood, marbled and granite. It also cleans thin carpet and rugs. The device has wheels at the bottom that allow it to roll smoothly over surfaces. It does not leave scratch marks on the floor and vacuums very gently but effectively.

The Pyle robot vacuum cleaner has a self-programmed cleaning path navigation system. It has a battery of sensors that tell it where to go and where not. It has obstacle-detecting sensors that pick out obstacles in its path and direct it to change its course. It has sensors at the bottom of the enclosure that alert it when there is a staircase or drop ahead. These sensors help the cleaner move through a space without bumping into things or falling off stairs. If there is a wall or a toy or a drop ahead, it automatically turns and takes another route. In other words, you can be tension-free regarding the movements of the vacuum. It is adept at finding its way around a place.

The robot cleans, sweeps and dusts with amazing efficiency. It has a low-profile design that helps it clean under furniture and other tricky places. It has a 7-inch long detachable rolling vacuum brush for scooping up dust and hair. The brush prevents tangles and pulls in hair and dust bunnies without clogging the suction. The robot cleaner also has secondary spinning side brushes for lifting debris and pushing it towards the suction inlet of the vacuum to draw it in. The spinning side brushes have a diameter of 4 inches and therefore clean a large area.  

The Pyle Pure Clean PUCRC15 is a bagless vacuum. It has a 300 ml garbage collection tray that collects the debris and stores it till it is time to dispose it. The tray is easy to clean and empty. When it becomes full, just open the device and slide the contents into a dustbin. Being a bagless vacuum greatly reduces your running cost too. You don’t have to buy disposable dust bags which can be a huge recurring cost. Also, it is safe for the environment as you don’t generate additional waste in the form of dusts bags which would most likely end up in one of the landfills around your city.

The vacuum has 3 cleaning modes. You can set it for 10 minutes, 20 minutes or Max mode. The machine cleans for the allotted time and then stops. If an area needs additional cleaning, you can set the timer again for a second round of cleaning. There are touch control buttons on the top panel for the modes. There is also a handle for easy lifting and carrying. The top section of the housing is green and white while the bottom is black.

The Pure Clean PUCRC15 comes with a charging cable and power adapter. It has an integrated rechargeable nickel cadmium NI-CD 7.2V, 1300mAh battery. It offers a back-up of 90 minutes on an average and takes around 3 hours to be fully charged. Please note that you have to charge the vacuum manually. It will not charge itself. When the battery runs low, plug it into the power socket and charge it using the included power cord.

The device has a single-button functionality. Just press ‘On’ and the system powers up and starts cleaning. It moves in random paths, sweeping up dust and loose dry debris along the way. There are LED indicators that show battery status and operation mode.

The vacuum cleaner weighs 5.68 lbs. It has a diameter of 11.3 inches. Kindly note that the vacuum is only meant for dry waste. It should not be used to clean liquids like water and beverages. Also, it is not designed for thick rugs and shag carpets. It can only clean thin carpets. Warranty period of the product is one year.
